Cyberpunk Style, Renault Leaks The Form Of The Renault 5 Turbo Full-electric Show Car

Renault recently leaked a new show car that is planned to be made in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Renault 5 Turbo model.

Based on the iconic Renault 5 Turbo model, the show car is rumoured to carry a full-electric powertrain. Also, they draw design inspiration from the video game aesthetic of the 1980s.

1969 Pontiac Gto, The Black Beast

My feeling is that Dion got this car just right, not too much and not too little. The wheel offset and stance are just about perfect and we all know how that makes or breaks the look of a street machine. Not a sleeper and not in your face, a Muscle car equilibrium, if you will.

The dead straight black body plays in tune with the black-on-black interior. Swirled brushed metal adorns the dash and centre console, also known as engine turned, all I know is it looks sweet. Also, the steering wheel pops off nicely against the dark interior with its green energy absorbing centre.

Black Betty The Big Chrysler 383

I WAS IN LOVE AND MADE AN OFFER ON THE SPOT WITH THIS CHRYSLER 383, NAMED BLACK BETTY.

Big girls. Yes, I like them and I am not shy to admit it. Black Betty is her name and she is a “big girl”. Now I am going to elaborate on how I like my cars big, big engines.

No wimpy small blocks for me. Big bodies, there needs to be space for all my pals and a cooler box. Big seats, preferably a bench so the missus has no excuse not to sit close. So now that we have established that I like my cars big, we can carry on.

Hurricane With Backup Camera And Digital Dash In 1969?

If your friend told you their car had a backup camera, a digital dash, climate control, could scan for radio stations, and road assist, you wouldnt think much about it. Unless the year was 1969 and a Hurricane.

The car the Hurricane by Australian automaker Holden was never a productionvehicle. But it was way beyond the state of the art in 1969 and isnt too dated, even today. The concept car was actually founded in 1988 and restored in2011. Honestly, it still looks great.

A Fearsome Ls-powered 1978 Toyota Ke30 Corolla

Nathan Patterson LS-powered a nanna-spec 1978 Toyota KE30 Corolla into a fearsome tyre-scorcher.

This article on Nathans Corolla was initially published in the May 2018 issue ofStreet Machinemagazine.

NOTHING says nanna car quite like a stock Toyota Corolla painted plain white except in the case of Nathan Pattersons example. His KE30 started off precisely this way but was turned into a 550rwhp V8-powered tyre-melting monster. And this transformation began just two months out from Summernats 31!
